INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)

The International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC) is an international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.

The IRC in Thailand is undertaking primary health services and environmental health services in seven refugee camps in Mae Hong Son, Mae Sot (Tak), Chat Pa Wai (Ratchaburi), and Sangkhlaburi (Kanchanaburi) throughout the years and has a requirement to purchase vehicles for our operations with the specification as following:

• Two (2) Standard vehicles: pick-up, double cab, 2.8G, 4WD, M/T
• Not request for the first-class insurance
• Not request for the plate registration support
• Delivery to IRC Bangkok office: 888/213-217 Mahatun Plaza Bldg 2nd Floor, Ploenchit Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330

Interested Toyota dealers/distributors are invited to submit their bid by e-mail to the IRC at bkk.tenderbox@rescue.org by 14 June 2023 indicating “BNK23-04_Vehicle Tender” in the subject line.

• Company profile and list of available products
